The Jewellery and Antiques listed on our website are also for sale in our shop and occasionally an item purchased online might already be sold or no longer available. In this instance we will contact you to provide a full refund or an alternative Item.

We are unable to offer a refund or replacement on any earrings unless faulty due to reasons of hygiene.

We do offer a refund or replacement service for items purchased online but unless faulty the return postage will be at the buyers cost.

We send all of our Jewellery and Antique items using Royal Mail special delivery.
